Pi once again demonstrates its commitment to supporting its customers when it attended product training for long time customers Buckman.
The training was held at fellow Buckman business partner CSS premises in Northwich at the end of April 2015 and was attended by Buckman specialists from as far a field as China, Indonesia, India, South Africa and Europe.
Mike Riding and Dr. Rob Paramore of Pi provided the training that was partly classroom based and partly ‘real world’ in that a CRIUS HaloSense Total Chlorine Analyser was connected up to a CSS dosing rig and the attendees were shown how to set up the integral controls and had ‘hands on’ time to reinforce the learning.
Pi have been working with CSS and Buckman for many years and have been providing training to their customers, not just on products and product capabilities, but also on control and applications advice, for many years and at no cost.
