Measurements

Charge Demand

Used to determine optimal coagulant dose on a water treatment plant, Pi’s range of Laboratory Charge Analysers accurately measure colloidal and ionic charge.

Laboratory Charge Analyser

Charge Demand (Paper)

Pi’s Charge Analyser for the determination of charge demand at the wet end of a paper machine accurately.

Charge Analyser

Chlorine

Chlorine analysers from Pi are used in many applications requiring the measurement and control of online residual chlorine levels in water.

Chlorine Analyser

Chlorine Dioxide

The DioSense from Pi utilises a 2 electrode membraned electrochemical sensor that provides for a stable and repeatable measurement perfect for monitoring or control applications.

Chlorine Dioxide Analyser

Chlorine Dioxide (0-3500ppm)

Utilising an optical method of measurement the DioSense HR is capable of measuring up to 3500 mg/L making it suitable to control the ClO2 generation reaction.

High Range ClO2 Analyser

Chlorine in Bleach – HypoSense

The HypoSense high range chlorine analysers from Pi are used in many applications requiring the measurement and control of chlorine in bleach. The optical absorbance measurement gives repeatable and reliable results up to 16% chlorine.

High Range Chlorine Analyser

Coagulation Control

Pi’s CoagSense coagulation controller is an integrated controller that accepts multiple inputs, including pH, flow, temperature, UV254, turbidity and streaming current.

Coagulation Controller

Conductivity

The ConductiSense utilises graphite, stainless steel and toroidal conductivity sensors to cover the full range of applications.

Conductivity Meter

Dissolved Oxygen

The OxySense an optical DO whereby the dissolved O2 in contact with a lumiphore (imagine a small disc of plastic) causes it to fluoresce more or less depending on the concentration of oxygen when a light is shone at it. These sensors are reliable and accurate and require very little maintenance.

Dissolved Oxygen Monitor

Fluoride

Pi’s FluoriSense range of fluoride monitors and fluoride analysers utilise the very latest and best fluoride sensors available.

Fluoride Monitor

Hydrogen Peroxide Analyser – PeroxiSense

PeroxiSense sensor is a 2 electrode membraned sensor meaning no zero drift or requirement to clean electrodes. This provides for a very stable and low maintenance sensor.

Hydrogen Peroxide Analyser

ORP Monitor

ORPSense sensors use the latest technologies to ensure that your redox potential measurements are accurate and reproducible providing for the best possible control of your processes.

ORP Monitor

Ozone

The electrochemical measurement of the residual ozone in water as in the OzoSense is accurate, precise, sensitive and reproducible.

Ozone Analyser

FilterSense

The Particle Counter range from Pi is a world first. The first to allow multiple sensors on a single analyser.

Particle Counter

Peracetic Acid

Pi’s peracetic acid sensor is available in several ranges from 0-20mg/l up to 0-10000 mg/l. It is a membraned 2 electrode sensor that can be used in applications which were previously not able to be measured using this technology thanks to the self-cleaning capabilities of the ancillaries that are now available. Talk to Pi about your application for clear advice.

Peracetic Acid Analyser

pH Meter

The pHSense range of online pH meters from Pi utilise the very latest and best pH sensors available in the world today.

pH Meter

Streaming Current

The Streaming Current Monitor can be used as an effective feedback coagulation control tool allowing the operator to optimise the coagulation dose, effectively building a coagulation analyser.

Streaming Current Monitor

Suspended Solids

The SoliSense® suspended solids meter from Pi utilises a patented technique whereby the light output is varied to obtain an error free measurement using backscatter. Self-cleaning and suitable over a massive range from 2NTU up to 80000mg/l.

TSS Meter

Turbidity

Online Turbidity Meters from Pi are called TurbSense® and include analysers, controllers and monitors which determine true online turbidity and/or suspended solids in water to ISO 7027.

Turbidity Analyser

UV254

The UV254Sense sensor uses a patented measurement technology whereby the absorbance through water is compared through two pathlengths thereby removing effects such as window fouling and aging or variable light emitters.
