Process Instruments (UK) Ltd and its subsidiary companies, Process Instruments (IRL) Ltd and SAS Process Instruments are committed to supplying innovative, reliable and high-quality products and services.
PI’s mission is to provide measurement and control tools to provide ideal water. We endeavour to improve quality by allocating resources, training, reporting, and regular review of our policies and processes.
PI will:
- supply products that offer value for money, product safety and product reliability
- provide a high level of service and offer warranties on our products
- adopt a partnership approach running through from specification to installation and commissioning
- specify systems that are best suited to purpose
- communicate this policy to Pi’s employees and interested third parties via our website
- Identify, understand and ensure compliance with customer, legal and industry requirements.
The Management will maintain the quality of operations and seek to continually improve and develop the effectiveness of our quality processes management by;
- continuing to operate to ISO 9001 by ensuring internal standards and processes are controlled.
- reviewing internal audits and reviewing quality performance at management level
- providing quality training to staff to empower them to achieve company quality objectives
- identifying potential risks that could affect products and services to enhance the quality system
- setting and reviewing objectives for the quality of our operations
- valuing, recognising, and encouraging high-quality work by individual employees identifying and complying with all relevant legislation
- dealing with complaints effectively and within an acceptable time period.
