Particle Counters supplied in record time to Dwr Cymru

Particle counters from Pi are unique in the marketplace as they allow:

On Thursday 25^th July 2024, Welsh Water (Dwr Cymru) contacted Pi asking how quickly we could supply 8 particle counters for an emergency requirement. As luck would have it, we were already processing an order for 16 particle counters and were able to divert 8 of these to the new emergency requirement. All eight of these systems were delivered on Wednesday 31^st July, just 4 working days later! Whilst we can’t always promise to put together 8 particle counters from scratch in 4 working days, we can promise to understand our customers’ requirements and to work incredibly hard to meet those requirements whenever it is physically possible. At Pi we feel it’s important to handle every order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This turn around time proves just how committed we are to our customer service.

Using the CRIUS®4.0  CounterSense Particle Counter, Dwr Cymru are now able to:

• Count and size water-borne particles down to two microns
• Optimise Cryptosporidia and Giardia removal
• Monitor membrane and filter performance
• Optimise filtration
